Jennifer is a public relations and marketing consultant with over nine years of experience in diverse industries, including education, beauty/fashion, conscious lifestyle, health/fitness, outdoor, arts/entertainment, Indian gaming, real estate, hospitality/restaurant, consumer, and more. She has a reputation for not only coming up with the great ideas, but also for executing them flawlessly, ultimately guiding her clients to success.

Jennifer specializes in developing strategic full-scale marketing and public relations plans for clients regionally and nationally to align with overall goals of the business to positively impact the bottom line. Rachel Wiley, Assistant Public Relations Consultant

A sharp and passionate communications professional, Rachel plays a key role in public relations and marketing initiatives for many Olive PR Solutions clients.

Rachel has a strong background in media relations and event marketing, and her past clients range from nonprofits to luxury brands.  Her dynamic skill set offers innovative and highly effective approaches to generating media attention that will impact the bottom line.  Rachel has secured media placements with outlets such as Fox 5 San Diego, San Diego CW 6, CBS 8 San Diego, Biz San Diego magazine, San Diego Magazine, Riviera magazine, Ranch & Coast magazine, the Union-Tribune, and the San Diego Business Journal.

Prior to joining the Olive PR Solutions team, Rachel headed public relations and marketing efforts for a San Diego-based children’s nonprofit.  While there, she helped launch a new health care clinic with Rady Children’s Hospital and crafted a targeted publicity campaign that increased donations and raised visibility with the nonprofit’s core donor base.

Rachel graduated from Temple University in 2006, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in public relations, and a minor in Business Administration.  While at Temple, she served as a member of the Delta Zeta National Sorority and Public Relations Student Society of America.

A Pennsylvania native, Rachel is happy to trade rain and snow for San Diego sunshine.
